CVD-123 off-the-shelf double beam detector is suitable for any perimeter intrusion detection system. CVD-123 outputs an alarm when the infrared pulse beam emitted from its transmitter is not received by the receiver for a certain period of time. Transmitter emits IR beams heading receiver. Receiver transmits alarm to controller by means of wired communication. Controller then forwards information to data collection and processing system instantly informing the operator about intrusion.
