Manual for foreign companies and organizations

In order to establish partnership relationship on any project of military technical cooperation foreign companies and organizations are requested to submit to the JSC "Rosoboronexport" official request describing desirable area of cooperation, specific proposals as well as presentation materials as per enclosed form.

Official requests along with filled-in forms are to be submitted to the JSC "Rosoboronexport" by fax. For Indian companies and organizations – by e-mail rv9143@post.rusarm.ru or by fax.
