The Latin America Aero and Defense Exhibition (LAAD) is one of the most important international exhibitions in Latin America held under the patronage of the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil at the RIOCENTRO exhibition center, Rio de Janeiro.

The exhibition has been held every two years since 1997. Russia, traditional participant in the exhibition, has always enjoyed foreign professionals’ utmost interest in its stands.

The exhibition covers the following topics: aviation and space military and civilian equipment, land, air, sea and air defense equipment and armaments and communications assets.
