Rosoboronexport JSC, being a traditional participant of the exhibition, will be presenting Russian-made helicopters in military and military-transport versions.

The helicopter market has been showing steady growth in recent years. There is a growing demand for attack and military transport helicopters. That is why Rosoboronexport is promoting a wide lineup of the Mi-17-type military transport helicopters, Mi-35M and Mi-35P transport / attack helicopters, Mi-28N and Ka-52 attack helicopters, Mi-26T2 heavy-lift transport helicopters, Ka-226T light multipurpose helicopters and other machines. The deliveries of military helicopters made through Rosoboronexport have quadrupled over the past five years, from 15 helicopters delivered in 2007 to 99 in 2011. Between 2001 and 2011, Rosoboronexport has supplied a total of over 420 helicopters to 33 countries around the world.

"Currently, Rosoboronexport is successfully fulfilling a major contract to supply India with Mi-17V-5 military transport helicopters equipped with a domestic day/night flight control and navigation system, which provides a high level of automation in helicopter navigation, navigation accuracy, adaptability to tropical conditions of operation. Since 2011 the Mi-17V-5 military transport helicopters, equipped with modern Western communication and navigation equipment, have been delivered to Afghanistan. The Mi-26T2, the world’s heaviest transport helicopter, equipped with an advanced integrated digital avionics package, is being actively promoted in export markets. In addition to the deliveries of final products, Rosoboronexport offers a broad range of services for maintenance, repair and upgrade of helicopters operated by the military departments of foreign countries.

"HeliRussia" is a specialized exhibition where both Russian and foreign companies present their achievements across the full spectrum of helicopter industry’s products and services.

“We have planned a busy schedule of meetings and negotiations with our foreign partners - said Grigory Kozlov. - Choosing the Russian helicopters, our foreign customers receive excellent flight performance, reliability and easy maintenance, the optimum mix of experience and advanced technologies, time-proven designs and continuous improvement.
