Rosoboronexport, forming a part of State corporation Rostec, signed five new agreements with companies-manufacturers of military and dual-use products: British branch of Italian manufacturer of aviation radio equipment Selex Electronics System a Finmeccanica Selex Electronics System Ltd and Italian OMA SUD S.p.A. at MAKS 2013.
Two agreements, signed by Rosoboronexport and Selex Electronics System Ltd in frames of "Integrated diagnostic centers", are directed for proper operation of Be-200 and An-140-100 equipped with radio electronic complexes produced by Selex Electronics System S.p.A a Finmeccanica and planned for export to third countries.
The third Agreement, signed by the sides in frames of the said project, concerns delivery of Topaz-M ground complex for flight data processing manufactured by NPP Topaz to third countries.
The international project "Integrated diagnostic centers" was launched in 2012. Today the main task on its realization is creation of optimal mechanism of cooperation for all participants.
The fourth Agreement of joint production of new modification of amphibian aircraft Be-103, intended for special divisions, was signed between Rosoboronexport, Selex Electronics System S.p.A a Finmeccanica and OMA SUD S.p.A.
The fifth Agreement signed between Rosoboronexport and OMA SUD S.p.A. The Agreement is aimed for creation of conditions for joint production of new light amphibian Aircraft on base of Be-112 (up to 20-seat in civil variant), intended for waters patrolling and implementation of other mission, including humanitarian.
These Agreements signed today aim joint creation and promotion to third countries markets of the newest aviation complexes, that meet requirements of not-yet-users, including improvement of the Aircraft within their life cycle, - says Deputy General director of Rosoboronexport Alexander Mikheev. – These Aircraft will be especially needed by states with extensive maritime boundaries and "problem" waters.

Rosoboronexport is ranked among the leading operators in the world arms market. Over 80% of Russia's arms and military techniques export falls to share of the company. Rosoboronexport cooperates with more than 700 enterprises and organizations of Russia's defence and industrial complex. Geography of military- technical cooperation of Russia is over 70 countries.
State Corporation Russian technologies (Rostec) ─ Russian corporation, established in 2007 for assistance in development, production and export of advance technology civil and military products. The Corporation includes 663 organizations, which presently form 8 holding companies in defence and industrial complex and 5 ─ in civil industry. Rostec organizations are located in the territory of 60 parties of Russia and deliver production to markets of more than 70 countries. Rostec proceeds in 2012 amounted to 931 billion rubles, net profit ─ 38,5 billion rubles. Tax payments to all levels budgets exceeded 109 billion rubles.
NPP Topaz – Russian company developer and manufacturer of hardware and software means for objective control of ground and naval based Aircraft of military and civil aviation of Russia and foreign customers. Production of NPP Topaz is delivered to more than 50 counties.
Selex Electronics System a Finmeccanica – a subsidiary of Italian Finmeccanica, established in January 2013 from SELEX Galileo, SELEX Elsag and SELEX Sistemi Integrati. The company consists of three divisions: aerospace systems, ground and naval systems, intellectual systems of protection and warning. Number of employees is 17,7 thousand. Annual income is about 3,5 billion Euro.
OMA SUD – Italian manufacturer of aviation equipment and multi- mission single and twin- engine general purpose Aircraft, established in 1988. Headquarters is at Capua (Italy). The company is official supplier and partner of Boeing, Airbus, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati and Sukhoi.
