In 1970, graduated from the Sevastopol Higher Naval Engineer School,

Received foreign trade training at the USSR Academy of Foreign Trade.


Experience

In 1970-1977, served at the Pacific Fleet,

In 1977-1997, appointed successively to various positions at research establishments, foreign trade groups and diplomatic missions of the USSR (Russian Federation) abroad,

In 1997-2000, Deputy Director General of Promexport, FSUE,

In 2001-2007, Deputy Director General of Rosoboronexport, FSUE,

In December 2007, appointed First Deputy Director General of Rosoboronexport, FSUE (JSC).


Decorations

A recipient of the Order for Military Merit, Order of Friendship, Order of Honor, Order for Merit to the Fatherland, as well as medals and badges of honor.

Speaks Ukrainian, English and Greek.
