The Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC) is a federal executive body exercising control and supervision in the field of military-technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and foreign countries.

The Avangard TrainingCenter for military-patriotic education of youth is the embodiment of innovative approaches to patriotic education ‒ from its infrastructure, which includes a complex of training and accommodation premises, sports facilities, its own food factory and a whole set of special equipment and training simulators to original education programs developed by its own methodological department.
The main purpose of the Center is to organize training of senior pupils of general education organizations in the basics of military service and conduct 5- and 10-day training camps for initial military training. The Center also implements other additional training programs for adults and children lasting from several hours to 7 days.
For children, the programs offer a unique and exciting opportunity to learn about the armed forces in a fun and interactive environment. They will participate in exciting activities aimed at developing physical fitness, teamwork skills, and discipline. On July 27, 2007, the Russian Engineering Union, an all-Russian public organization, was registered by the Federal Registration Service of the Russian Federation. The main purpose of its activity is to shape the machine-building industry development strategy, as well as to participate in establishing mechanisms of active state policy to support the national machine-building complex at the level of leading industrialized countries. The Union represents the interests of about three million workers employed in various spheres of machine-building in Russia.
The General Director acts as Deputy Chairman of the Russian Engineering Union, supervises the Yaroslavl and Saratov regional branches of the Union.
