METIS-M1

The METIS-M1 anti-tank guided missile system has a firing range between 80 and 2,000 m. The weapon fires two types of guided projectiles: a tandem high-explosive anti-tank missile to engage heavy armour and a thermobaric missile to engage manpower and engineering installations.

The METIS-M1 can be operated round-the-clock.

Description

The METIS-M1 ATGM system is complemented with a thermal imaging sight. The missile’s semi-automatic command-to-line-of-sight (SACLOS) guidance with transmitting of commands via wire features high jamming resistance capability and can be operated in any optically and electronically contested operational environment.

The METIS-M1 is also effective against field fortifications and installations.
The system is complemented with maintenance devices and simulators.
