This project is about breaching the barriers in the world of small arms and having an open mind to cooperation, technologies and standardization. All the design and material solutions implemented in the AK102 are common for the 100th series of Kalashnikov Rifles. The AK102 is a short barrel version with a modified flash hider and a folding buttstock (made of shock-resistant polymer) which allows the shooter to use it from vehicles on the move.
This version of the AK is perfect for Vehicle Crewmembers, Special Forces, Law-enforcement units and Security Operatives who seek balance between compact size and sufficient firepower.
