Description
The 5.45mm Kalashnikov modernized RPK-74M light machine gun is designed to destroy enemy manpower and fire weapons.
The machine gun is capable of automatic or single-shot fire. Automatic mode is the main mode of fire: fire can be delivered in short bursts (up to 5 shots), long bursts (up to 15 shots) or continuously. Ammunition is fed from a box magazine. A rear sight leaf provides firing to 1,000 m and has a windage adjustment mechanism. To easily deliver fire from an airborne combat vehicle, the machine gun has a folding stock and bipods.
Optical or night sights can be installed on the machine gun.
