Description
The PSM is a personal offensive/defensive weapon. It is designed to engage enemy manpower at short distances.
This is a self-loading weapon, in which all the pistol reloading and cocking functions are performed automatically upon firing.
It has a hammer-type double-action (DA) firing mechanism that allows for single-shot fire, both with pre-cocking the hammer and in the DA mode.
The pistol fires the MPTs (7N7) pistol cartridges with steel-core bullet and brass case.
