"Prima " radar

The P-18-2 radar, which has increased capabilities for detecting targets made using Stealth technology, is used to equip radio engineering units.

The radar is highly mobile and is capable of receiving additional (flight) information from on-board transponders using a built-in secondary radar.
The mobile two-coordinate reconnaissance and target designation radar P-18-2 is designed for:

  • detection, tracking, measurement of coordinates (range, azimuth) and determination of the nationality of air objects of various classes and types under the influence of active and passive interference, bearing of active noise jammers;
  • issuing radar information to consumer automation equipment when working as part of automated and non-automated control systems, as well as autonomous operation in radio engineering units.
