The 1L125E radar has a high degree of automation of the processes of taking coordinates, documenting, and issuing information to external users. Using the information and reference system, radar personnel can receive detailed recommendations on crew actions in various situations.
The radar equipment is placed on the antenna array canvas and in a hardware container that rotates together with the antenna on a slewing ring, as well as on the chassis of a KamAZ all-terrain vehicle and in the driver’s cabin. Operations of deployment (folding) of the antenna-hardware complex are automated.
The radar is designed for detection, measurement of three coordinates, tracking, determination of nationality, identification of aerodynamic and ballistic objects, including those created using Stealth technology, in various interference conditions, direction finding of radio interference sources and issuing radar information to consumers.
