The S-400 air defenсe missile system is universal for destroying all types of aerodynamic targets and ballistic missiles with a launch range of up to 3000 - 3500 km.

The S-400 ADMS is designed to destroy modern and prospective air attack weapons:

• jamming aircraft;
• radar patrol and guidance aircraft;
• reconnaissance aircraft, including those included in reconnaissance and strike complexes;
• strategic aircraft carriers of aircraft missiles;
• tactical, operational-tactical ballistic missiles;
• medium-range ballistic missiles;
• other air attack means in conditions of intense radio countermeasures.

The 55K6E combat control post

The 55K6E combat control post is designed to control combat operations of the 98Zh6E air defence complex, S-300PMU1 PMU2 air defence systems, solve tasks of processing radar information, target distribution, issuing target designations and ensures interaction with neighboring control systems and higher command posts.

The 91N6E radar system

The 91N6E radar system is designed to detect and track aerodynamic and ballistic targets, determine nationality and provide radar information to the 55K6E C2P.

The 92N6E multifunctional radar

The 92N6E multifunctional radar provides solutions to the following tasks: search for a target using target designation data or autonomously, target acquisition for auto tracking, including under conditions of exposure to active and passive interference, weather formations and reflections from local objects; determining the nationality of the tracked targets; selection of targets for destruction, automatic solution of the launch task, preparation for, launch, locking-on, tracking and guiding of missiles at tracked targets, ensuring the detonation of combat equipment with automatic assessment of combat performance; automatic exchange of information with 30K6E control system.

The 96L6E2 all-altitude detector

The 96L6E2 all-altitude detector provides: surveillance within specified detection zones and automatic selection of priority targets for establishing their tracks; auto-acquisition for auto-tracking of target tracks (bearings) with assignment of numbers; identification of nationality; automatic selection of priority targets for issuing information about the air situation to the 92N6E multifunctional radar; automatic output to the 92N6E multifunctional radar of target coordinates tracked by the 92N6E multifunctional radar to provide coordinate support.
