POISK-TV-12 is intended for search, inspection and screening. It enables quick remote inspection of hard to reach places such as attics, underside of vehicles and vehicle engines, cargo etc. Video camera on the end of the extendable arm and be replaced with thermal imaging camera for inspection of dark places. There is an option to save still pictures and continuous video on a memory card.
POISK-TV-12 is widely used by border security and customs service to prevent smuggling and illegal immigration.
