Coastal modular operational post

Mission

The 83t611-E coastal modular operational post is intended for providing interaction and necessary information exchange within the limits of a common information space between subscribers of the naval control system.

Features

Operational posts provide automation of following basic functional processes:

  • receipt of the radar-tracking information from an interfaced control device of conditions on the detected and tracked objects via digital wire channels;
  • forming and conducting of database on the detected and tracked objects;
  • forming and displaying on an operator's console a dynamic electronic situation map in an operational zone of interfaced means;
  • outputting the radar-tracking information on higher command post via wire, fibre-optical and radio communication channels;
  • outputting the radar-tracking information on the surface ships via ultra-short wave channels of radio communication;
  • cryptoprotection of the transferred information;
  • reception from higher command posts and other information media on situation in a zone of responsibility of interfaced means;
  • reception of instructions, orders, signals of combat management, the information of the notification from higher command units with the receipt of acknowledgement;
  • conducting an operative database of the formalized messages;
  • display on an operator's console of the received information;
  • input by the operator with operational post control panel of any necessary information and its transfer to higher control posts;
  • protection of the information against non-authorized actions;
  • formation and conducting archive of operational post information resources;
  • the control and management of all component functioning of operational post;
  • training of the operator of maintenance, service, repair and restoration operational post’s software and hardware;
  • participation in preparation and carrying out exercise of command-staff.
