Rosoboronexport, a member of Rostec, congratulates the Russian pilots who claimed victory in Aviadarts-2017 held in Taipingchuan, China.
In the international competition that finished on August 10, 2017 the Russian ASF team ended up in first place. The final medal count revealed that the pilots won gold, silver and bronze medals, four in each category. Special recognition was given to the pilots of Su-25 attack aircraft and Su-35 fighters.

Your outstanding skills coupled with unique capabilities of the aircraft demonstrated superiority of the Russian aviation. I am confident that your success is yet another proof reassuring our Chinese partners that their choice of modern Russian aircraft for China’s AF is the right one,” says Director General Alexander Mikheev of Rosoboronexport.
Aviadarts-2017 brought together around 40 Russian crews, a sufficient number to cover all eight competition categories per the aviation branches. All of them flew their assigned equipment, including Su-35, Su-30SM, Su-34, Su-24M, Su-24MR, Su-25, Tu-22M3, and IL-76 aircraft, as well as Ka-52, Mi-28N, Mi-35, and Mi-8 helicopters.
Today, Russia’s Su-35 supermaneuvarable multi-role 4++ generation fighter piques much interest in the world. It boasts performance and combat capabilities far superior to those of any 4th generation fighter.
