"Barnaul-T"
Basic set of the air defence subsystem making part of the single tactical system of troops (forces) command and weapons control

Effective automated system of air defence units control at the tactical level

The modular system of the "Barnaul-T" basic set provides formation of a multi-level automated system of AD control posts from a large unit to an individual soldier in order to control air defence combat.

The "Barnaul-T" automation set can be interfaced with radars, high-level command posts, short-range AD system control posts. It provides firing units with well-timed target designations when in combat.

The "Barnaul-T" completes the key missions:

reconnaisance of low-flying air targets in the weapons engagement zone;
collecting (receiving) information on the air situation from the interfaced information sources;
processing of data from all sources and targets tracking;
reception of battle and warning commands from high-level CPs;
target distribution at each control level and sending target designation commands to subordinates;
registration of reports on the engagement process;
functional check of hardware operability.

The elements of the "Barnaul-T" basic set are used to equip:

the air defence control centre at the formation (division, brigade) level - the wheeled planning module (MP-K) 9S931-1;
the command post of air defence units at the regiment level - MP-K 9S931-1 and the tracked planning module 9S931;
the command post of the air defence battalion - MP 9S931;
the battalion commander's post - the tracked intelligence and control module with a radar 1L122-1 9S932-1;
the control centre of the MANPADS operators platoon commander – the Portable Fire Control Module 9S933;
the MANPADS operators section - the MANPADS Operators Automation Set 9S935.
