The system is intended for practical training of ship, boat and auxiliary ship crew damage control actions during accidents.
Training system (TS) enables training of personnel's actions in follow emergency situations:
- fire control in a ships` compartment;
- control of water ingress into the ship as the result of a combat or accident damage.
The training system consists of modules with training compartments and equipped combat posts, instructor command center and auxiliary equipment.
The combat posts of the fire control module are equipped with simulators of fire islands, fire extinguishing equipment, and telephone and loudspeaker communications with the command center.
The instructor command center is fitted with a fire island control panel, water supply and discharge systems, an exhaust and plenum ventilation actuation system and systems for call, telephone and loudspeaker communication.
In the module accommodates a personnel clothing room and a room for service equipment. The service room houses pumps of the water fire-extinguishing system and the drying system, a bilge water tank, a high-pressure air system compressor and plenum and exhaust fans.
The combat posts of the water control module are consists of the two compartments for training personnel actions during water ingress into the ship and an instructor command center. The combat stations are fitted with simulators of hull holes, piping and neck break simulators, emergency rescuing equipment and telephone and loudspeaker communications with the command center. The instructor post is fitted with the control panel of water supply and discharge pumps and systems for call, telephone and loudspeaker communications with the combat stations.
In the module accommodates a personnel clothing room and a room for service equipment. The service room houses pumps for supplying water to the hole simulators, the drying system pumps, an exhaust fan and a plenum fan.
The training system is accommodated in six 40-feet HC (High Cube) containers based on a single metal frame. Each container is fitted with autonomous systems and supporting mechanisms in accordance with the system application.
